This is a quick start guide to get you setup with the a few systems so you can access your Odoo internal account. Another course will then follow on the detailed setup instructions.
Step 01: Get email access
If you receive this course link from the Tech team, your user account is already created. Based on your access level you will
- Receive a username and password to access your Google Workspace account
- Receive a username and password to access your OneLogin account
I received username and password for Google Workspace
To access your Nudo email follow these steps,
- Goto mail.google.com
- Enter the username and password provided in the email
- Follow this guide to setup your 2FA app
- You should be in!
I received username and password for OneLgin
- Goto mail.google.com
- Enter your username which will be your nudo email and press enter
- You will then get redirected to OneLogin screen (If not goto nudogroup.onelogin.com)
- Enter the username and password provided in the email
- Follow the steps in the screen to setup your Protect app
- You should be in!
Step 02: Get Odoo Access
Once you have access to your email inbox, you will see a few invitation links.
- Search for the invitation to Odoo
- Click the link to access the account setup page
- Use "Sign-in with Google" option (Recommended). You can also sign-up with your nudo email and password.
- Once done, you can now access Odoo and you will unlock the next course!
